Managing Director
P. Prem Kumar
Doyen is promoted by Mr. P. Prem Kumar. He has been an active contributor to the real estate industry over the last two decades and has been involved in a number of residential, commercial and township projects.
He is the Managing Partner of Namaha Estates, an entity that executes high-rise apartment and large scale villa projects. He is also an active partner at Opus Builders and Developers – a leading consortium of property developers in Hyderabad that has tied up with a renowned international real estate developer.
Mr. Prem is the Vice President - National (for the Southern region) of NAREDCO formed under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, New Delhi with the Union Minister of Housing as its Chairman. He was also an active and prominent member of the Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers’ Association (APREDA, now known as TREDA), and has had the distinction of being President of this highly respected Industry body, for two terms.

P. Anish
Mr. Anish holds a degree in Economics from Indiana University, Bloomington. Prior to joining Doyen, Anish has worked in the verticals of sustainable infrastructure financing and asset management in New Delhi, India. He also worked in the operations & marketing departments of a prominent, global real estate player from Malaysia. Mr. Anish also holds a Postgraduate degree in Management from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and handles the Operations and Business Development activities across the company.

R.N. Subramanyam
Mr. Subramanyam has over three decades of experience in the industrial finance and banking sectors. He is passionate about real estate development and has vast knowledge of the construction sector. Mr. Subramanyam has actively spear-headed and successfully executed a number of residential and commercial developments. He has been associated with Doyen for over two decades and has played an active role in structuring and delivering a number of projects for the company.

Namaha Estates
Namaha Estates was one of the first few entities to conceive a high rise project in the Hyderabad real estate market back in 1999. Namaha Estates, of which Mr Prem Kumar is the Managing Partner, made an immediate impact with prestigious high-rise projects such as Landmark Residency (Madinaguda) & Landmark Towers (Miyapur) as well as large scale villa projects including Namaha Lakewood (TSPA Junction) and Namaha Rhythm (Miyapur).
CSP Developers
Mr. P. Prem Kumar, along with a renowned architect and an eminent diabetologist, formed CSP Developers. CSP Developers is specialized in developing large resort style communities and has developed resorts in Moinabad and Rajhamundry.
UNI Estates
Mr. P. Prem Kumar, along with two other real estate developers in Hyderabad formed Uni Estates. Uni Estates is a firm that was incorporated to specialize in developing landed properties and has developed a 75 Acre world class gated community, along the Srisailam Highway.
OPUS Developers
Mr. Prem Kumar along with a few other real estate developers in Hyderabad formed Opus Developers and Builders. Opus is a leading consortium of builders and property developers in Hyderabad that is aimed at taking up large scale high-rise & villa projects and plotted layouts. The company joined hands with a renowned, international company and in turn formed a Joint Development Entity to execute a large, integrated township in Hyderabad’s IT corridor.
