Maintenance will be handled by us until we formally hand over the apartment. Residents will have to pay a nominal monthly maintenance fee to the company till handing over. In case, you want to have the function before clearing the pending dues due to unforeseen circumstances, we can organize the same but we will not hand over the keys to your apartment. Conventionally, the full and final settlement of account is a pre-requisite for organizing the function.
